Beware of Fraudulent WhatsApp Groups

Beware of fraudulent WhatsApp groups purporting to be from members of the Fundsmith team suggesting trading ideas, requesting money transfers or asking you to click a link to download a file.

Fundsmith will never provide advice or use WhatsApp to communicate with clients.

We are aware these bogus groups:

• STOCK MARKET ENTHUSIASTS ALLIANCE 88
• STOCK INVESTORS’ CLUB 83
• FUND CORE INVESTORS CLUB

We strongly urge people to block numbers from bogus groups and be aware of the potential for fake information or money requests, malicious attachments or links.

Please report any fake groups to us at cybersecurity@fundsmith.co.uk. We will work to have these group taken down.
